The preschoolers at the Community Nursery School of Baldwin have just celebrated the end of the school year, and an important milestone. They were all smiles when they received their certificates at the commencement ceremony, on June 12, which was held at Baldwin’s First Presbyterian Church.
The graduates were a part of the school’s 4-year-old enrichment program, that was developed to help them transition to kindergarten with minimal anxiety following graduation.
Dressed in yellow graduation gowns, the students sang cheery songs and received their first of several diplomas in their educational careers.
