Trio of Baldwin residents kick off Legislative campaigns
(Page 3 of 3)

Although keeping taxes low will be the linchpin of the McCloy campaign, the community activist has published a list of 10 issues he will address if elected. These include economic development, saving the 1st Precinct and reforming the red light camera system.

“There are areas throughout our legislative district that have been neglected for much too long,” McCloy says. “The northwest corner of Grand Avenue and Merrick Road in Baldwin is a prime example. Our outgoing legislator was the senior member of the Economic and Community Development Committee. Drive by and decide for yourself if you like what you see.”

Complete coverage of the primary and the general election will appear in the Herald over the coming weeks.
