Army base development discussed at civic meeting

At a North Bellmore Civic Association meeting on Monday, the development of the former army base on Maple Avenue in North Bellmore was discussed. The lot, which has been vacant for more than 10 years, is in the process of being excavated and cleaned up, Civic Association President Reinaldo Nunez said. more
