Thirty-four Bellmore Elementary School District students have been honored as All-County musicians this year, according to district officials.
The standout musicians attend Shore Road School, which is home to Bellmore’s fifth- and sixth-graders. Members of the band, chorus and orchestra were selected for All-County recognition based on their performances in the New York State School Music Association’s annual solo evaluations. The students represented the district at the All-County Music Festival at LIU Post’s Tilles Center for the Performing Arts over two Saturdays in January.
