Atlantic Beach resident was an integral part of Woodmere-based real estate company

Atlantic Beach resident Lori Lewis-Weiner, considered a critical piece of the Pugatch Realty family, died on Aug. 3. She was 59.

“Lori was an integral part of the Pugatch Realty family; she worked as a commercial specialist with us for the past 13 years,” Barry and Susan Pugatch wrote. “Lori closed countless transactions and had become close friends with many of her clients. Lori was a tireless advocate for all she worked for; her dogged determination to close transactions was her calling card.” Pugatch Realty is based in Woodmere.

Lewis-Weiner is survived by her three children, Zack, Luke and Jake; her sister Gwen and mother Annette, countless friends and colleagues and her best friend, business partner and fiancé, Ian Leigh.

Speaking for all their employees, Barry and Susan Pugatch wrote: “It is with deep sorrow that Pugatch Realty Corp. announces the passing of Lori Lewis-Weiner … The entire staff of Pugatch Realty Corp. will miss her dearly.”
