Levittown Walmart hiring new employees

Those who are seeking employment can head to the Walmart hiring center on 148 Gardiners Avenue in Levittown, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays, as the retailer prepares to hire 90 associates to work at the new Walmart Neighborhood Market slated to open this summer in Mews Plaza. Walmart provides a benefits program to eligible full- and part-time associates. Walmart also offers eligible associates matching 401(k) contributions of up to 6 percent of pay, discounts on general merchandise, an Associate Stock Purchase Program and company-paid life insurance. Additionally, eligible associates receive a quarterly incentive based on store performance.

The majority of new associates will begin work in June to help prepare the store for its grand opening.
