Local lawyer joins Bond, Schoeneck & King Law team

Bond, Schoeneck & King recently announced that East Meadow resident Justin Tan from the firm’s Garden City office has been elected as a partner of the firm.

His appointment was announced in conjunction with those of four other attorneys at the law firm by Kevin Bernstein, chairman of the firm’s management committee.

Bernstein said, “He is an outstanding lawyer, has consistently performed at the highest level, and possesses the qualities we expect and value in our members.”

Tan is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice in the area of litigation support for long term care providers in contract, commercial matters, employment, guardianships, medical malpractice, personal injury and civil rights issues.

Prior to joining Bond, Tan worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County. During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, Tan prosecuted violent felonies, conducted numerous trials, pre-trial evidentiary hearings and Grand Jury presentations.
