A Few Clouds Missing Hempstead teen was last seen in East Meadow

Henry Hernandez-Castellon, 14, of Hempstead, was reported missing at 10 p.m. on March 5. He was last seen leaving Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow.

Nassau County detectives are looking for a 14-year old Hempstead resident who was reported missing at 10 p.m. on March 5, according to police.
Henry Hernandez-Castellon was last seen leaving Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow. The Hispanic, 100-pound male was wearing black jeans, a blue shirt, black jacket and white and black sneakers. He has brown eyes, black hair and the name “Karla” tattooed on his left forearm.
His probable destination is unknown, police said. Anyone with information regarding his location can call the Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or 911.
