Arrests

At 8:34 p.m. on Oct. 23, A 24-year-old of Lindenhurst, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.

At 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 27, a 23-year-old, of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with Unlicensed Operation, Operate Motor Vehicle with Hand Held Cell Phone and three counts of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation on Piccadilly Downs.

A 22-year-old, of Freeport, NY was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on Broadway in Lynbrook at 6:12 p.m. on Oct. 30.

At 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 30, a 29-year-old of Lawrence, was arrested and charged with Criminal Sale of Marihuana on Ross Plaza in Lynbrook.

A 28-year-old of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with Criminal Sale of Marihuana and Criminal Possession of Marihuana on Ross Plaza in Lynbrook at 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 30.

At 1:40 a.m. on Nov. 2, a 34-year-old, of Ozone Park, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Failure to Signal, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Uninspected Motor Vehicle on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.

At 7:04 p.m. om Nov. 2, a 22-year-old of Uniondale was arrested and charged withAggravated Unlicensed Operation and Equipment Violation on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook.

A 33-year-old of Babylon, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation on Wilbur Street in Lynbrook at 11:35 a.m. on Nov. 3.

Grand larceny

At 9:10 p.m. on Oct. 27 jewelry was reported stolen by the owners of a home on Merton Avenue in Lynbrook. The total stolen was $8,605.

Larceny from auto

Property was reported stolen from a vehicle while it was parked on Walnut Road in East Rockaway at 10 p.m. on Oct. 27.

Aggravated harassment
Property was reported stolen from a vehicle while it was parked on Walnut Road in East Rockaway at 10 p.m. on Oct. 27.

Criminal mischief/petit larceny
At 3:45 p.m. on Oct. 29t it was reported that the passenger side window of their 2006 Scion was broken and a Valentine radar detector was stolen while the car was parked in municipal parking field. The stolen detector is worth $250.

Graffiti
At 5:36 p.m. on Nov. 1 the owners of a residence on Hillside Avenue in Lynbrook reported that their fence was spray painted. The total amount of the damage was $150.
