Arrests

A 30-year-old man, of Deer Park, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Uninspected Motor Vehicle on Ocean Avenue in Lynbrook at 10:18 a.m. on Jan. 22.

 At 12:27 a.m. on Jan. 23, A 58-year-old, of New York, was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt on Atlantic Avenue in Lynbrook.


A 27-year-old man, of Elmont, was arrested and charged with three counts of Passed Steady Red Traffic Signal Light, two Counts of Driving While Intoxicated Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and one count each of Speeding and Unsafe Lane Change Earle Avenue in Lynbrook at 1 p.m. on Jan. 26.

  At 9:30 p.m. on January 25, a 19-year-old man, of West Hempstead, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance on Hempstead Turnpike in West Hempstead.

A 23-year-old man, of Seaford, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possesion of Marihuana on Saperstein Plaza in Lynbrook at 9 p.m. on Jan. 28.

  At 8:40 p.m. on Jan. 29, A 31-year-old man of East Rockaway, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Circumvention of Interlock Device, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Failure to Turn, Improper Plates and Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Ocean Avenue in Lynbrook.

A 32-year-old man, of Bellerose, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Failure to Signal and an open Suffolk County Warrant for Petit Larceny on Merrick Road in Lynbrook at 2:43 a.m. on Jan. 31.

 At 8:48 a.m. on Feb. 1, a 46-year-old man, of Hicksville, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Failure to Signal and Equipment Violation on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook.

Aggravated harassment

  At 1:35 p.m. on Jan. 22 ,a resident reported receiving a threatening phone call from an unknown caller.

Burglary
n The Assistant Service Manager of Lynbrook Infiniti, located at 855 Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook, reported that two Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 Laptop Computers were stolen from the service are between 7 p.m. on Jan. 20 and 7 a.m. on Jan. 21. The laptops were worth $26,000

Grand larceny
 A digital camera, a pair of binoculars, 20 Morgan Half Dollars, 50 Buffalo Nickels and 45 assorted vintage coins were reported stolen from a residence on Washington Avenue in Lynbrook at 5:08 p.m. on Jan. 29. The total amount lost was $7,260.

Petit larceny
A resident reported that an unauthorized charge for $9.99 was placed on their Google Play account at 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 24.
  $400 was reported stolen from the kitchen counter of a residence on Leaman Place in Lynbrook at 11:15 a.m. on Jan. 30.

Suspicious incident
 The manager of a 7-Eleven located at 169 Atlantic Avenue in Lynbrook reported finding an electronic credit card reader installed on their A.T.M. machine located inside the store at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 25.
