Arrests

A 25-year-old man of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding and unlicensed operation on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook at 8:09 p.m. on June 9.

At 8:17 p.m. on June 9, a 31-year-old man of Rockville Centre, was arrested and charged with two counts each of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance by the Lynbrook Detective Division.

 A 16-year-old male from Lynbrook was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal mischief on Remsen Street in Lynbrook at 8:10 p.m. on June 10.

At 3:05 p.m. on June 10, a 21-year-old, of Bellport, was arrested and charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance on Saperstein Plaza in Lynbrook.

A 21-ear-old  man of Huntington Station, was arrested and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance on Saperstein Plaza at 3:05 p.m. on June 10.

At 3:05 p.m. on June 10, a 22-year-old man of Melville, was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance on Saperstein Plaza in Lynbrook.

A 20-year-old man of Bellmore, was arrested and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance on Saperstein Plaza in Lynbrook at 3:05 p.m. on June 10.

At 3:05 p.m. on June 10, a 19-year-old woman of Amityville, was arrested and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance on Saperstein Plaza in Lynbrook.

A 24-year-old man of Freeport, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Sunrise Highway at 4:30 p.m. on June 11.

At 4:32 p.m. on June 11, a 50-year-old man of Mastic Beach, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.

A 31-year-old man of Hempstead, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to obey traffic control device, facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and possession of more than one license on Whitehall Street in Lynbrook at 2:29 a.m. on June 13. The defendant was found to have an open warrant from Hempstead Village Court for Public Consumption of Alcohol.

Petit larceny
 A Dell laptop computer and an Apple iPad were reported stolen from a 2003 Honda while parked outside the victim’s home on Carpenter Avenue at 9:30 p.m. on June 8. The total lost was $400.
