Arrests

On Oct. 10 at 10:52 p.m., a 35-year-old male of Amityville was arrested and charged with criminal contempt for an incident that occurred on Windsor Place.

A 38-year-old male of Hollis was arrested on Oct. 11 at 10:15 p.m. and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation on Broadway.

On Oct. 13 at 12:20 p.m., a 30-year-old male of Kings Park was arrested and charged with criminal contempt two counts and possession of a controlled substance (heroin) for an incident that occurred on Davison Avenue.

After an investigation involving Lynbrook Detectives and the Nassau County Police Narcotics Bureau, a 26-year-old male of Floral Park was arrested Oct. 12 at 4:29 p.m. and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and sale of a controlled substance (heroin). A 37-year-old male of Malverne was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and sale of a controlled substance (heroin) and a 46-year-old male of Malverne was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin).

On Oct. 13 at 6 p.m., a 24-year-old male of Lawrence was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and suspended registration on Broadway.

A male minor 17, of Lynbrook was arrested on Oct. 14 at 6:37 p.m. and charged with menacing and possession of a weapon for an incident that occurred on Walnut Street.

On Oct. 14 at 8:30 p.m., a 41-year-old female of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance (Suboxone and heroin) on Peterson Place.

A 24-year-old of Copiague was arrested on Oct. 15 at 3:08 p.m., and charged unlawful possession of marijuana on Merrick Road.

On Oct.17 at 8:30 p.m., a 25-year-old of Laurelton was arrested and charged with four counts of possession of a forged instrument, speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation on Merrick Road.

Criminal mischief

At 1:05 a.m. Oct. 13, Lynbrook Police responded to an alarm call at 350 Sunrise Highway “Smoker’s Choice.” Upon arrival officers discovered that an unknown person had thrown a rock through a front glass window causing approximately $400 in damages.
