Season tickets for the Long Island Nets’ inaugural 2017-18 campaign at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum presented by New York Community Bank will go on sale Monday, Jan. 30 at 1 p.m.

Fans can purchase tickets by calling 516-231-4848 or by visiting LongIslandNets.com and NassauColiseum.com.

The Brooklyn Nets’ new NBA Development League team is in the middle of its first season at Barclays Center and will move to The New Coliseum presented by New York Community Bank for next season and beyond. After extensive renovation, the venue re-opens on April 5 with Billy Joel in concert and the Long Island Nets’ season begins in November.

Ticket packages have been priced to provide accessibility to great seats at affordable prices. Lower level non-premium season tickets start at $14 each, and upper level season tickets start at $10.

“While we are moving to Long Island, we are delighted to have developed our fan base in Brooklyn and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to play at Barclays Center,” said Alton Byrd, Vice President of Business Operations for the Long Island Nets. “Our focus at The New Coliseum is to ensure that games are accessible, affordable and fun for families in a spectacular venue.”

A limited number of Long Island All Access Passes are available, which promise premium experiences, including access to the VIP entrance and the club level and tickets in the lower bowl to every event as well as access to exclusive pre-sales to purchase additional tickets for events.

Fans who sign up will receive a 15 percent discount at the merchandise store, invite-only access to behind-the-scenes events at The New Coliseum, a commemorative gift, corporate partner discounts, and membership to the fan experience program.

“It’s going to be very exciting to play night games and some weekend games,” Byrd said. “Our programming team is one of the best in the business and they’ll work with the league to build a great home schedule.

“We’re going to have a lot of fan experience packages and plan to set up a kids zone,” he added. “Also we’ll have food and beverage choices that haven’t been seen before at the Coliseum.”
