Arrests

On April 24 at 11:10 p.m., a 23-year-old Freeport man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and an open New York City warrant on Freer Street.

At 1 p.m. on April 25, a 43-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and fractured windshield on Sunrise Highway.

A 37-year-old man from Queens was arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator, lane violation and two active Nassau County warrants on Merrick Road on April 26 at 9:19 a.m.

On April 26 at 4:51 p.m., a 37-year-old Queens man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and failure to signal a turn on Bixley Heath.

At 8:05 p.m. on April 26, a 32-year-old Oceanside man was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operator and operating out of class on Hempstead Avenue.

A 49-year-old Queens man, an employee of BP Gas Station, 440 Sunrise Highway, in Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child for the sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor on April 26 at 10 p.m.

On April 29 at 5:40 a.m., a 55-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with petit larceny and criminal trespassing on Stauderman Avenue.

At 7:59 p.m. on April 29 a 20-year old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with fleeing an officer, reckless driving, operating out of class, unregistered motorcycle and 14 additional charges on Lakeview Avenue.

Identity theft

On April 27 at 2:10 p.m., an unidentified person stole a man’s personal information and opened two credit cards with Credit One Bank, making several unauthorized purchases.
