Arrests

A 28-year-old male from Jamaica, Queens, was arrested on June 31 at 8:25 a.m. and charged with two counts of possession of a weapon (a .380 caliber pistol), unlawful possession of marijuana and defective stop lamps on Sunrise Highway.

On June 14 at 2:07 a.m., a 32-year-old male from Valley Stream was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to obey a traffic control device on Sunrise Highway.

At 10 p.m. on June 16, a 19-year-old male from Hempstead was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and speeding on Peninsula Boulevard.

A 23-year-old male from Uniondale was arrested on June 19 at 5:45 p.m. and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, no inspection and aggravated unlicensed operator on Merrick Road.

A 39-year-old from Flushing, Queens was arrested on June 20 at 10:29 a.m. and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and obstructed view on Peninsula Boulevard.

A 35-year-old from Brooklyn was arrested on June 20 and charged with possession of a weapon (a .22 caliber revolver), unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operator and failure to obey a traffic control device on Peninsula Boulevard.

On June 20 at 3:19 p.m., a 63-year-old from Brooklyn was arrested and charged with possession of a forged instrument and false personation on Peninsula Boulevard.

On June 21 at 10:10 p.m., a 20-year-old from Lindenhurst was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, failure to signal a turn and passing a vehicle on the right on Peninsula Boulevard.

A 39-year-old from Rosedale, Queens was arrested on June 23 at 1:03 a.m. and charged with two counts of aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and driving using a hand held phone on Sunrise Highway.

A 30-year-old male from Lynbrook, was arrested on June 24 at 12:44 a.m. and charged with five counts of menacing, stemming from an incident that occurred on June 23 at 7:52 p.m. on Broadway.
