Lynbrook and East Rockaway residents are welcome to attend an AARP defensive driving class on Sept. 17 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the East Rockaway Public Library. The cost is $20 for members and $25 for nonmembers. Checks should be made payable to AARP and member numbers must be written on the check. Registration is required.
