Nassau County Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred on November 12 at 5:30 p.m. at the Chase Bank at 239-39 Linden Boulevard in Elmont.
Detectives said that a black male entered the location and handed the teller a note demanding cash and was given an undisclosed amount of money. The subject is described as being 6’ tall and his 20’s, wearing a black hoodie, black Yankees baseball hat and jeans. He fled the bank in an unknown direction. There were no injuries reported, police said.
Detectives request anyone with information regarding this incident to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous.
