Armed robbery in North Woodmere

Three men took electronics, clothing and money from home on Prescott Place

Three men broke into a home on Prescott Place in North Woodmere through a basement door and pointed a shotgun in the face of the 22-year-old resident and forced her to lie face down as they ransacked the house at 10:30 p.m. on April 29, police said.

The men took an undisclosed amount of money, electronic and clothing, according to police, and then left. The direction was unknown. The woman, who was alone at the time of the break-in, reported no injuries.

Two of the three men are described as black. One is six-feet, two-inches tall with a stocky build, big eyes and he was wearing a black ski mask, a red hooded shirt and gloves. The other is five-feet, six-inches and he was wearing all black clothing, a black mask and gloves. The third man was described as Hispanic, five-feet, five-inches and was wearing a black hooded shirt, blue jeans and gloves.
