The Knights of Columbus Father Farrell Council seventh annual golf outing at the Inwood Country Club on June 18 helped to raise $23,000 to support St. Joseph’s R.C. Church in Hewlett. The fundraising campaign began six months ago and was conductred by a Council committee.
Golfers registered, ate a buffet breakfast, played 18 holes on the PGA Par 71 course, received a gift bag, and had a barbecue lunch, a cocktail hour and buffet dinner. There were also prizes and raffles.
