Arrests
CEDARHURST-On Aug. 31 at 12:25 a.m. at the intersection of Rockaway Turnpike and Adele Road, Kenneth Gutierrez, 21, of Inwood, was arrested for possession of marijuana, authorities said.

Larceny from auto
HEWLETT-Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Aug. 27 at the intersection of Peninsula Boulevard and Mill Road, a man’s rear license plate was stolen from his car, officials said.

LAWRENCE-On Aug. 28 between 6 and 10 p.m. on Richmond Place, the center console inside of a man’s car was damaged and two pairs of sunglasses, coins and the master key to 14 apartments were stolen, according to police.
NORTH WOODMERE-At 11 a.m. on Sandwood Avenue on Aug. 30, a man’s license plates were removed from his car, police said.

Petit larceny
HEWLETT-On Aug. 31 between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. on Broadway, a woman’s bicycle was stolen from a bike rack, authorities said.
WOODMERE-Between Aug. 8 and Aug. 30 on Woodmere Place, a bicycle was stolen from a woman’s backyard, officials said.
Criminal mischief to auto
ATLANTIC BEACH-Between 9 p.m. on Aug. 31 and 7 a.m. on Sept. 1 on Park Street, the rear passenger side window of a man’s car was damaged, according to police.
