WOODMERE-At 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 22 on Church Avenue, a cell phone charger was stolen from inside a woman’s car, police said.

INWOOD-On Sept. 18 at 7:15 p.m. on Clinton Avenue, a bicycle was stolen from a woman’s backyard, according to police.
