Andrew J. Parise Cedarhurst Park in the village played host to the annual Christmas caroling celebration that included a bonfire, chestnut roasting on an open fire, cookies, hot chocolate and a visit from Santa Claus on Dec. 15.
Msgr. Paul Raul F. Rahilly of St. Joachim R.C. Church and Pastor Rev. Mary Chang of the Lutheran Church of the Incarnation, both are in Cedarhurst, addressed attendees and the Christmas tree was lit.
