Man steals scotch from Woodmere home

Guoguang Lin is charged with burglarizing a Woodmere home on Monday and taking two bottles of scotch.

Guoguang Lin, 35, allegedly got into an unoccupied house on West Broadway in Woodmere on Monday at 7:27 a.m. through an unlocked back window and took two bottles of scotch, police said.

A witness to the incident saw Lin in the house and called police. Fourth Precinct officers found Lin in the back of the home, where they arrested him. Lin is charged with burglary-second degree.
