The National Weather Service forecast has a snowstorm hitting the area later on Monday into Tuesday morning with blizzard conditions before dawn into Tuesday morning with accumulations of one to two feet.

In the Hewlett-Woodmere district all morning Regents exams will be given at their scheduled times. All afternoon exams will be moved up by one hour from 12:45 p.m. to 11:45 a.m.

The noon bus leaving Hewlett High School will remain unchanged. Students taking the afternoon buses to the high school should report to their bus stop one hour earlier to account for earlier exam times. The afternoon bus leaving the high school will leave at 3:30 p.m. for students taking afternoon exams.
