Franklin Early Childhood Center teacher Nicole Montellese receives BOCES technology award

Nicole Montellese, the technology integration lead teacher at the Franklin Early Childhood Center in Hewlett, was presented with the inaugural Nassau BOCES NASTAR Award given by the Nassau Association of School Technologists.

Educators are recognized for their innovation and exemplary technology leadership in a school district and beyond.

The Nassau Association of School Technologists provides school district technology leaders and staff with an array of resources and professional development opportunities.

The support package helps to fosters collaboration among member districts, and aids educators in identifying and addressing common challenges to make cost-effective and sound technology decisions for their schools.
