Inwood man arrested for robbery

Two other men sought in theft of a cell phone and money

Police arrested an Inwood man on July 12 for allegedly robbing a 51-year-old man, along with two other men on April 28.

Raquan Howard, 18, of Clinton Avenue, was arrested at Nassau County Court, where he was responding to an unrelated charge. Howard, along with the two other men, took the man’s cell phone and an unspecified amount of money on Wanser Avenue, also in Inwood, according to police.

He is charged with robbery first-degree and robbery second-degree. He was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on July 13.
