Lawrence resident Yonatan Bernstein hired by Rivkin Radler

Rivkin Radler, a Uniondale-based law firm, has hired Yonatan Bernstein, of Lawrence, as its new associate for compliance, investigations and white collar and insurance fraud. He will helps insurers prosecute civil lawsuits under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and state law, including affirmative actions to recover insurer claim payments to physicians, medical clinics, attorneys, public adjusters and others involved in complex, large-scale insurance fraud schemes.

Bernstein was an assistant district attorney for four years in the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office. As an ADA in the Trial Division, he successfully prosecuted felony cases, including, assault, robbery, burglary, gun possession and financial fraud related offenses.

Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, Bernstein earned his law degree at St. John’s University School of Law and a bachelor’s in economics from Yeshiva University.
