Elmont agent earns community award

Allstate Insurance agent Victor Babb, whose office is located at 476 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, has received the Agency Hands in the Community Award for his commitment to volunteering in the community. With this award came a $1,000 grant from The Allstate Foundation for Cross School Past Students Association Inc., where Babb volunteers.

“Victor is an active and respected member of the business community, protecting customers with insurance and financial services products,” said Don Rubbo, New York regional sales leader at Allstate Insurance Company. “He also makes it a priority to dedicate his time and efforts to make a difference in people’s lives. Victor exemplifies the full spectrum of what it means to be an Allstate agent and has truly become a name and face in his community.”

Cross School Past Students Association, Inc. is a registered, 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization that raises funds to be used for the improvement and betterment of Cross Primary and Junior High School in the country of Jamaica.
