Information wanted on arsonist

Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are seeking the public’s help in identifying the pictured subject, at right, in connection with an arson that occurred in Elmont.

On May 18, at approximately 1:40 a.m., the offender was present at New York Motors car lot located at 1248 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont. They poured gasoline on a 2012 Infinite “G37X” causing the vehicle to go on fire. The fire caused extensive damage to the targeted vehicle and three additional vehicles. The fire also caused damage to a neighbor’s fence and garage.
