Students at Sewanhaka High School showed off their artistic talents when they decorated the first floor of their school building in honor of Spirit Day.

Organized by the Class Boards and their advisers, students decorated school hallways and lockers according to this year’s theme, Fictional Places. The seniors created a version of Bikini Bottom from SpongeBob Squarepants, while juniors depicted the land of Oz. Meanwhile, sophomores highlighted Peter Pan’s Neverland, and a Halloween theme based on the Nightmare Before Christmas was created by the freshmen.

Other designs included the eighth-grade’s Monsters University and the seventh-grade’s colorful Candy Land.
