No one recalls the fall of the Twin Towers on Sept. 11, 2001, more keenly than the families of those who died at Ground Zero.  Among the lost was FDNY FirefighterTimothy Brian Higgins, who died at age  43 when the South Tower (Tower 2) collapsed.
