Attorney: kids made up story about teacher watching porn at school

“My client’s been there for nine years and has never done anything wrong — he’s received nothing but positive praise,” he said.

Ostrove said that some witness statements do not match.

“One of the witnesses said that it happened right before gym class, the other said that it happened after school and that’s a huge contradiction,” he said. “The witness statements say that the door was half open which was ridiculous. You’re telling me that this guy, who has no criminal record and is well regarded and beloved in the school district, suddenly decides to do something like this with the door open? You’re telling me that four kids gathered by the door, looked in when the door was half open, and he didn’t hear this going on?”

The students have reportedly received hand-written death threats in their lockers after coming forward with the claims. According to CBS News, two of the four students have retained an attorney because they felt the school was not taking the matter seriously.

When asked whether investigators had retrieved any evidence from Kozlowski’s computer to back up the students’ claims, Ostrove said that no pornographic materials have been disclosed.

“I believe that [police] have found nothing,” he said. “They haven’t told me, but I would think we would know by now. According to the kids, they say it happened on the school’s desktop computer, and I know it’s not there because he didn’t do it. And I would think that [the school] would somehow be able to block porn sites.”

Ostrove said he is confident that his client will be vindicated.

“I think there is no doubt that he is going to be teaching again,” he said. “He was well like by faculty and supervisors and never had a problems. There is no doubt in my mind that when all the evidence is uncovered, it will be proven that this is not true.”
