“When I saw it the first time myself, I was very surprised at how well it worked,” he said. “We are not going to be a thorn in the side of the town. We are going to be something that hopefully will be celebrated in the town, and the noise will not be an issue. You have my word the noise will not be an issue.”

The board is expected to make a decision at its July 24 meeting. If the parking variance is approved, Pastuch said, he expects to open in September.
