Arrests

On Feb. 3 at 3:24 a.m. a 27-year-old of Queens Village, was arrested and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and no passing zone on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.

At 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 4, a 27-year-old of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment at Lynbrook Police Department Headquarters.

A 27-year-old of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal a turn on Atlantic Avenue in Lynbrook on Feb. 4 at 9:05 p.m.

On Feb. 5 at 1 p.m., a 31-year-old of Westbury, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, expired New York State inspection, expired New York State insurance card, unregistered motor vehicle and improper registration plates on Scranton Avenue in Lynbrook.

At 4:25 p.m. on Feb. 5, a  19-year-old of Woodmere, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation and no front registration plate on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook.

A 24-year-old of East Patchogue, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operate a motor vehicle with a hand held cell phone on Ocean Avenue in Lynbrook on Feb. 7 at 9:15 p.m.

On Feb. 8 at 4:15 a.m., A 22-year-old of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property on St James Place in Lynbrook.

At 4:15 a.m. on Feb. 8, A 22-year-old of Inwood, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property on St James Place in Lynbrook.

n On March 3 at 3:10 p.m., A 24-year-old of Malverne, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Sunrise Highway in Lynrbook.

n At 3:10 p.m. on March 3, A 25-year-old of Oceanside, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.
