A 49-year-old man of Deer Park, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Equipment Violation on Merrick Road in Lynbrook at 12:17 p.m. on Oct. 16.
At 3:14 p.m. on Oct. 16, a 23-year-old of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with Public Lewdness on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.
A 32-year-old woman of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with two counts of Attempted Burglary on Rocklyn Avenue in Lynbrook at 10:46 p.m. on Oct. 16.

a 25-year-old of Baldwin, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Unlicensed Operation on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook at 8:34 p.m. on Oct. 17.
At 8:45 p.m. on Oct. 18, a 32-year-old of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and two counts of Assault on Broadway in Lynbrook.
A 25-year-old of Troy, was arrested and charged with Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Disobeying a Stop Sign, Unlicensed Operation and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation on Grant Avenue in East Rockaway at 3:26 a.m. on Oct. 19.
Petit larceny
At 5:35 p.m. on Oct. 13, the owner of ARA Market Inc. located at 186 Hempstead Avenue in Lynbrook, reported that 35 Newsday newspapers and a Capital One check had been stolen from in front of their store. The total lost $79.06.
A 2008 Schwinn mountain bike was reported stolen from a driveway on Highland Boulevard in Lynbrook at 3 p.m. on Oct. 19. The bicycle is valued at $400.
