Arrests

A 37-year-old man, of Freeport, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance on Lakewood Boulevard in Lynbrook at 1:55 a.m. on March 23.

At 9:40 p.m. on March 23, a 22-year-old man, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument on Stauderman Avenue in Lynbrook.

A 26-year-old man of Long Beach, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on Roxy Place in Lynbrook at 11:05 p.m. on March 23. The defendant was also charged with two open warrants. The first warrant is from Nassau County District Court for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Open Alcohol Container. The second warrant is from Lynbrook Village Court for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation.

A 29-year-old man, of West Hempstead, was arrested and charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and False Personation on Broadway in Lynbrook at 6:55 p.m. on March 25. The defendant was also charged with two open warrants. The first warrant is from Nassau County District Court for Violation of Parole. The second warrant is from City of Long Beach Court for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

At 6:55 p.m. on March 25, a 28-year-old man, of Floral Park, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Failed to Signal a Turn on Broadway in Lynbrook.

A 36-year-old, of Uniondale, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and No Seat Belt on Atlantic Avenue in Lynbrook at 12:40 a.m. on March 26..

At 5:20 p.m. on March 27, a 42-year-old, of Baldwin, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and No Seat Belt on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook. The defendant was also charged with an open warrant from Cedarhurst Village Court for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Improper U Turn.

Lost property

At 4:55 a.m. on March 21, a Lynbrook Fire Department ID card was reported lost in the vicinity of 160 Vincent Avenue in Lynbrook.
