On Sept. 21 at 9:03 p.m., a 21-year-old man, of East Rockaway was arrested and charged with DWI (two counts), aggravated unlicensed operation (2 counts), circumvention of interlock device, open alcoholic beverage, and failure to signal on

A 19-year-old man, of Valley Stream was arrested Sept. 24 at 3:58 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of controlled substance (Alprazolam) on

On Sept. 24 at 2 p.m. a 39-year-old man, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding and failure to stop at a stop sign on Atlantic Avenue.

A 21-year-old man of Levittown was arrested on Sept. 24 at 11:08 p.m. and charged with criminal possession of Marijuana on Broadway in Lynbrook.

On Sept. 24 at 11:08 p.m., a 20-year-old man, of Levittown was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana on Broadway in Lynbrook.

On Sept. 25 at 11:30 p.m., a 26-year-old man, of Valley Stream was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation (three counts), unregistered motor vehicle, no front registration plate, uninsured motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle and improper registration plates at Merrick Road. The defendant was also found to have an open warrant from Nassau County First District Court for aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, failure to signal, following too closely and speeding.

 A 24-year-old man, of Bronx was arrested on Sept. 28 and charged with petit larceny and Trespass on Niemann Avenue.

On Sept. 28 at 2:20 a.m., a 42-year-old man, of Jamaica was arrested and charged with petit larceny and trespassing on Niemann Avenue.

A 62-year-old, of Valley Stream, was arrested Sept. 28 at 7:55 p.m. and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child at In and Out Convenience Store located at 118 Broadway in Lynbrook.

Petit larceny

n At 9 a.m. on Sept. 21, a complainant reported that someone entered their 2010 Toyota that was parked in their driveway on Watkins Place. The unknown person (s) took their N.Y.S. Handicapped permit, cell phone charger and $60 in currency. The total amount of the loss is $75. The larceny occurred between 1 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Sunday Sept. 20.

At 6:27 a.m. on Sept. 23, someone stole a Men’s mountain bike-style bicycle from the rack at the LIRR Station. The bicycle is valued at $200. The larceny occurred between 4:30 p.m. on Tues. Sept. 22 and 6:15 a.m. on Wed., Sept. 23.

At 4:10 p.m. on Sept. 28, the complainant reported that an unknown person(s) took their their Mongoose Men’s bicycle from the bicycle rack at the LIRR Station. The bicycle is valued at $350. The larceny occurred between 5:50 a.m and 4 p.m. on Mon., Sept. 28.
