Do it yourself fabric collages in East Rockaway

The East Rockaway Public Library will begin its three-week fabric collage class on Aug. 16 at 4 p.m. In the class, teenagers will design and create their own fabric collage. Registration for the course is required. Call (516) 599-1664 for more information.
