Homes, sweet homes

Posted

Anyone walking into the kindergarten wing at the Robert W. Carbonaro School last Friday afternoon was greeted by the smell of sugar and spice.

Students, joined by their parents, were making gingerbread houses in what has become an annual holiday tradition at the school. They started with an empty milk carton, stuck on graham crackers, then decorated the houses with icing and all sorts of candy. The children then got to take their mostly edible creations home.
