Keeping up on Herald news

We can’t help but love our fans. To tell us you’re reading our newspaper is one thing, but to participate in our long-standing, kitschy tradition of photographing yourself reading the Herald while vacationing in a far away paradise, well, that’s the ultimate compliment.

So imagine our joy at seeing a photo of Malverne Board of Education trustee Josephine Bottitta with her daughter Carly and canine companion Ricky enjoying some time away on Foley Beach in South Carolina while reading the Herald. Bottitta tell us Carly loves reading the Herald’s news, thus we need to ask — would she like a job?
