Levy-Lakeside kindergartners make sense of science
Courtesy Merrick Union Free School District

Kindergartners at the Norman J. Levy Lakeside School in Merrick took part in a distance-learning experience earlier this month. The video conference was run by the Cleveland Museum of Natural History and tied into their science studies about the five senses. The students took part in activities, with supplies and directions from the museum educator, to learn about what life is like if you were missing one of your senses, like sight or hearing.
