Monster Jam packs a punch at Nassau Coliseum

Monster Jam
Tricked-up trucks soar to astonishing heights when Monster Jam roars into Nassau Coliseum for its yearly round of non-stop action. The spectacle features the most popular monster trucks on the circuit, including the legendary Grave Digger. Joining that behemoth are other crowd-pleasing trucks sure to amaze: Monster Mutt, Hurricane Force, Storm Damage, Crushstation, Thrasher, Shockwave, and Illuminator. Monster truck fans will watch as their favorite mega-trucks compete in an array of heart-pounding competitions, racing through a custom-designed track full of obstacles, along with freestyle events, during the action-packed two-hour show. As an added attraction, the popular Pit Party pre-show gives fans a chance to get a view of the trucks up close and meet the drivers of the 12-feet-tall 10,000-pound custom-designed machines.

History of American Rock & Roll
Jay Siegel’s Tokens, The Crystals and The Coasters gather together for a “History of American Rock and Roll.” This high-energy concert celebrates those heady days of doo-wop, rock ‘n roll and R&B during a musical trip down memory lane with those classic sounds that still resonate today. From the great “The Lion Sleeps Tonight,” “Portrait of My Love,” to “Uptown,” “He’s a Rebel,” “Da Doo Ron Ron,” and “Yakity Yak,” this evening of treasured tunes will have everyone singing along.
