Craft and Fine Art Festival
Nassau County Museum of Art’s grounds is the lush setting for a fall showcase of the best of the nation’s crafts artists — including many local artisans. The event features thousands of uniquely designed original items on display. Browse among functional and decorative pottery, precious and nontraditional jewelry, blown and stained glass, furniture, wearable art, and much more. The family-friendly festival also offers entertainment, workshops and demonstrations, including alpaca shearing and glass blowing, along with an international food court.

“Fall Wildflowers” Walk
Enjoy a relaxing walk during this glorious season. Take in the vibrant colors and delicate scents of wildflowers during a nature walk through Muttontown Preserve’s miles of nature trails. See fall’s beauty with the help of an experienced guide, while strolling along paths and fields, including some spectacular views in the main field.
