Town of Hempstead Senior Councilman Anthony J. Santino joined the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce for the grand opening of the International Karate Center, located at 2928 Long Beach Road in Oceanside.

At the ribbon-cutting for the International Karate Center are Andrew Mallor, chamber executive director Maria Heller, Senior Councilman Anthony J. Santino, sensei Adel Elbehiry, chamber president Thomas Lanning, Dr. Adam Kritzberg, Danielle Calvagno, karate coach Mohamed Abelsalam and students Deron, Joshua, Kaylin and Richard.
