Junior Troop #2417 lead Dasies and Brownies from Oceanside and Island park around the “camp fire” to sing girl scout songs durring the GS World
thinking day event.
Shannon Monahan, 5, Christie Larkin, 6, Julianna Ewashko,5, and Libby Meltzer, 5, won their gold metals durring the olympic games at the Greek table!
Daisy Girl Scouts from Oceanside and Island park got together to do projects and activities and learned about girl scouts from all over the world.
Junior Troop #2417 lead Dasies and Brownies from Oceanside and Island park around the “camp fire” to sing girl scout songs durring the GS World thinking day event.
Senior Troops #2147 and #2045, Cadette troop #2442, and Junior troop #2552 put on a Girl scout world thinking day event for Oceanside and Island park Daisy and Brownies, to work on their leadership and community service awards. The girls went from table to table doing crafts, playing games, and learning about girl scouts from all over the world. The girls got their passports stamped at each station then gathered around a “camp fire” to learn some old and new girl scout songs. There were more than 75 girls in attendance.
