I don't know how much money the village will lose with Grillo's weekend parking plan, but it will not ease parking and will only lead to spaces being occupied longer and lower turnover. The same thing happens in the evening. Why they don't just extend the time you can park in the evening while charging for parking is beyond me. The lots are full and were full before the night parking became free.
