Report Inappropriate Comments

It's hard to view this as anything but a payback for political support. Schnirman should explain to the taxpayers very clearly in a lot of detail just how this is good for the city and how retirements and cutbacks in PD improve the city's financial picture. I'm not saying I believe it, but that is his line. He should get out front and be very clear about it. Taxpayers do not need to be beat down any more in the City than they already are.
