Award winning chef Art Gustafson, owner of Chadwick’s American Chop House & Bar, has opened his second restaurant in Rockville Centre, Tony Colombos at 208 Sunrise Highway.
The kitchen at this Italian bistro, led by executive chef and owner Tony Colombo, prepares daily specials, chef tastings and eclectic menu selections created to impress every palate.
“We wanted a little bit of a Brooklyn vibe, and we think we nailed it,” said Gustafson.
Happy Hour features daily drink and appetizer specials in the lounge.
The restaurant is open at 4 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
