Residents of this house on Marlboro Ct were in their bedroom but were okay when this tree was uprooted.
Later on Oct. 31, Punzi recounted, another man asked her if she had any extra candle oil. She said she did, but it was in her other store, Cooks Fancy, at 24 S. Park Ave., which had been blocked by a fallen tree. The man offering to cut the tree with a chainsaw, and proceeded to clear a path for her.
“What goes around comes around,” she said. “It’s people helping people, and it’s something that you hope someone would do for you. It’s just common decency.”
