HUD backs off Housing Authority
John Maher/Herald
HUD recounted its earlier statement, now saying it was OK that the only tenant representatives were from Old Mill Court.

“I get the whole meeting done [each time], but Cynthia comes in with the attitude of being disruptive, because she wants to talk about her stuff during the meeting,” Kondor said, adding that Fielder-Boyd and Garry are the only consistent critics of the authority’s actions in this matter, and that their outbursts have forced him to close meetings in the past.

Both Kondor and Morrison hope the matter will soon be put to rest, but are uncertain. “As you know, this is just a unique situation,” said Morrison. “I don’t think that this has probably happened anywhere else.”

Kondor agreed. “We’re a unique scenario,” he said.
